Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ABCLED Video Studio ("the studio"), operated by ABCLED in the United States. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Credits

• Credits are sold in one-time packages. They are not a subscription and are not charged again automatically.
• Purchased credits do not expire and have no cash value outside the studio. They cannot be transferred or resold.
• Credits are added only after your payment is confirmed.
• Credits are held when a video or AI script starts and are only used if it finishes successfully. If it fails, the held credits return to your balance.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text, images and ideas you upload, and of the videos you create, subject to the terms of the AI services used to make them. You must have the rights to anything you upload. Do not create content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexual, or that uses another person's likeness without permission.

AI results

AI-generated videos can be imperfect or unexpected. Review every video before using it publicly. A video that finished successfully but did not match your taste is not a technical failure.

Changes and availability

We may update prices for future purchases, change features, or pause video creation for maintenance. Credits you already bought keep their value. We may suspend accounts that misuse the studio, chargeback fraudulently, or break these terms.

Liability

The studio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
